- Account & Contact Details: Your name, phone number, and optional email address when registering or requesting a booking.
- Service Location & Address: Address and approximate or precise location coordinates required for technicians to reach your service site (e.g. for aircon repair, plumbing, renovations).
- Booking Information: Service type, preferred appointment date/time, descriptions, and optional photos you upload illustrating the repair need.
- Device & Usage Data: Device model, operating system version, app version, and basic analytics to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize app performance.
2 App Permissions We Request
Depending on your usage, our mobile application may request the following system permissions with your explicit consent:
- Location (Fine / Coarse): To auto-detect your service address and match nearby available technicians. Location is only accessed when actively using location-based features.
- Camera / Photos: To allow you to capture or upload photos of issues requiring maintenance or repair.
- Notifications: To send you live updates on technician arrival, booking confirmation, and status alerts.
3 How We Use Your Information
We use your collected information strictly for legitimate operational purposes:
- Facilitating and confirming service bookings with verified service professionals.
- Enabling communication between you and the assigned technician regarding job arrival and scope.

- Assigned Technicians: When a booking is confirmed, your first name, phone number, and service address are shared with the assigned technician solely to perform the work.
- Legal & Safety Compliance: When required by applicable Cambodian laws, regulations, or valid legal processes.
5 Data Retention & Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All communication with our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols. We retain your booking and account records only for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal requirements.
6 Account & Data Deletion Requests
In compliance with Google Play and Apple App Store policies, you have the full right to delete your account and request complete removal of your personal information from our active databases.
How to request account & data deletion:
1. Inside the Seva24 Mobile App: Go to Profile > Edit > tap the Delete Person icon on the top-right app bar > type confirmation text into the pop-up > confirm deletion.
2. Online Web Request: Visit our dedicated Account & Data Deletion Page to submit an online deletion request.

7 Children's Privacy
Seva24 does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will promptly delete it.
